Our first partner is Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC), the premier resource for Down syndrome information in Massachusetts and a national disability advocacy leader. MDSC operates four national Centers of Excellence in the areas of Education, Employment, Public Policy, and Parents First Call, sharing best practices and serving people with Down syndrome, their families, educators, health care professionals researchers, and the community-at-large.
